We hold weekly cross-functional reviews of every customer complaint, internal nonconformance, and supplier issue. Root-cause analysis is structured (5-Why, fishbone, 8D when warranted), and corrective actions are tracked to closure with measurable verification.Every operator on the floor is empowered to stop a job if something looks wrong. That single rule has prevented more bad parts from leaving our dock than any inspection step downstream.
